Whatever is your motivation, a yoga workshop can offer tools and experiences beyond those usually included in a typical weekly class.
A workshop can last a few hours, take place as a limited series, or be held over a long weekend, highlighting a single technique or topic or encompassing several.

5 Element Seasonal Yin - Spring/Wood
Join Kari for a soothing and introspective extended Yin practice as we explore the specific seasonal element and the principles of the the season to find balance, using specific yin poses that compliment this seasonal theme.
In this extended candlelight Yin practice where you practice on the floor and hold poses for a longer duration, you will gently stretch the connective tissues and tendons, going deeper into your physical body. The stillness of this practices encourages you to go inward providing an opportunity of reflection on the parts of our lives that may be out of balance mentally, emotionally and physically.
This centering practice will be illuminated entirely by candlelight/natural light.
Find Your Balance
Refine, strengthen and improve your standing balance poses.
This 90-minute workshop is an immersive session that will empower you to feel grounded and confident both on and off the mat. Learn a variety of techniques designed to elevate your balancing skills, allowing you to approach balancing poses with confidence.
We’ll start with a brief discussion and get right into the techniques to improve your standing balances. You’ll have the opportunity to play with and experience these techniques in the workshop while we experiment with poses like Tree Pose, Eagle Pose, Half Moon, Warrior 3 and more.
Participants will benefit from personalized one-on-one coaching to address their unique balance needs.
No matter where you are in your practice, beginner to seasoned practitioner, this workshop is your opportunity to deepen your understanding of the benefits of standing balances and create greater stability in body and mind.
