Private & Custom Group Instruction
You may be new to yoga and want individualized guidance before joining a public class.
You may have a need to schedule a semi-private session for a group of friends or family, or you want to add yoga to a corporate event or local/international retreat.
Perhaps you have a long-term practice and want to have one-on-one hands on instruction to advance your practice that is unique to how yoga presents in your body.
You may be recovering from an injury and need additional guidance to help you practice yoga safely while you heal.

Individualized 1:1 instruction at Sellwood Yoga. 30 minute phone consultation to determine focus of time together. Props and yoga mat provided. $25.00 deposit required to book session.

Individualized 1:1 instruction via Zoom. 30 minute call required to determine focus of session. No props or mat provided. $25.00 deposit required to book session.

Individualized 1:1 instruction at your office. 30 minute call prior to determine focus of session. Props will be provided. Student is encouraged to provide own mat. $25.00 deposit required to book session.

Instruction for up to 2 students. In studio at Sellwood Yoga ($125/hr)) or at other location ($150/hr). 30 minute call required to determine scope of session. Props will be provided. Students encouraged to bring own mat. $50.00 deposit required to book session.

Location of group instruction and number in group will determine pricing per hour. Kari will work with you to determine theme and focus of instruction for your group or group event. Deposit required to book session. Amount subject to number of people in group.

Planning a retreat and want to add yoga instruction? Kari will work with you and recommend style, number of classes, and themes to bring additional value to your retreat. Available for PNW, domestic and international locales. Deposit required to book services.
Teacher Training
Kari is on the faculty of Sellwood Yoga’s 200 Hour Teacher Training program. Sellwood Yoga’s instruction creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere taught by experienced teachers and studio owners who help you find your individual path and voice as an instructor.
