I love this class. It is a great way to practice using your breath to find power, stillness, expansion in the poses. Kari’s sequencing is creative, allowing for modifications of the pose itself if you need to dial it back, or alternative ways to take you just to your edge. She encourages us to take what we need, even if it means to rest in child’s pose. You will build a sweat in this class, but you will also build strength, fullness to your poses, and expand your practice bit by bit. This class is full of laughter and lightheartedness, while knowing that each sequence, each pose is completely thought through for safety in alignment.”
